We always advise an initial consultation with our new clients. Either in person, via phone, or video call. We don't charge for this as it is important to establish if we can successfully work together on your project.

At this meeting, we will discuss your requirements, budget and overall vision. You will get to know us and what we have to offer.

If you decide that you would like to move forward with us on your project, we will submit a fee proposal for your consideration. It will include only the aspects of the design process that you would like us to undertake.

Proposal

Our services include the following:

• Design consultation to establish the project vision, style and budget.

• Digital mood boards.

• Plans and elevations.

• Technical datasheets.

• 3D rendering.

• Supplier and contractor estimates/quotations.

• Project management budget/BOQ.

• Follow-up meetings to discuss the final design package.

You want the best possible result for your investment in your property. As such we aim to ascertain our clients’ requirements at the outset; be totally transparent about fees and what to expect within the final budget.

We don't sell products, so you are assured that whatever we propose is going to be in your best interest, the best quality for your budget, and fulfilled by trusted contractors and suppliers.

Implementation

Once the final plan and budget have been agreed upon, we will issue a full design package. This can either be handed over to your contractor with you overseeing the management and implementation; alternatively, we can do that for you.

The benefit of us managing your project means that we will oversee each detail from start to finish on your behalf, working with the various contractors, suppliers, and trades, each step of the way. Ensuring everything is completed to the highest standard possible and in line with the specification.
